The AI estimate scrubber for collision repair

Every estimate leaves something out. A not-included operation nobody added. A calibration the repair triggers. A line the insurer accepts, if it is documented the right way. Each one is small. Across a month of estimates, they add up to real money and late supplements.

Trueclaim is an AI estimate scrubber. It reviews the estimate you already wrote, line by line, and shows you what is missing before you submit it.

What an estimate scrubber does

An estimate scrubber reads a finished estimate and checks it against the rules an estimator is expected to remember: the estimating guide's not-included operations, the manufacturer's repair procedures, ADAS requirements and each insurer's guidelines. It returns a list of operations to consider adding, with the reason for each.

It does not replace the estimator. It gives the estimator a second pass that never gets tired at four in the afternoon.

What Trueclaim checks

- Not-included operations. Labour, materials and steps that the estimating guides leave out of their times and that are legitimate to bill when performed.

- OEM repair procedures. Operations the manufacturer requires for this vehicle and this repair.

- ADAS requirements. The scans and calibrations the damaged and replaced parts trigger.

- Insurer guidelines. What each insurer accepts and how it needs to be documented, so additions hold up at review.

Every suggestion comes with its source, so the estimator decides what belongs on the estimate and can defend it.

Works with the estimate you already write

Trueclaim reviews estimates from your estimating system. There are three ways in:

1. Upload the PDF. Drop in the estimate and get the review back in minutes.

2. Connect your estimating platform. Estimates come across automatically, with nothing to upload.

3. Start from photos. Photograph the vehicle, let Trueclaim build a starting estimate, and have it reviewed in the same pass.

What shops get back

In one week of production in September 2026, Trueclaim reviewed 900 estimates from 210 shops. It proposed about four additional lines per estimate on average: $45 in parts and materials plus 0.3 labour hours, with 99% of proposed lines passing review.

"Trueclaim has completely transformed our estimating process. The AI-powered automation saves us hours of manual work and ensures accuracy with ADAS detection and insurer compliance."

— Bennett Douglas, Owner, CSN Fort Sask & CSN Harold's, Alberta

Beyond the added lines, shops get a more complete repair plan before production starts, which means fewer supplements and fewer vehicles waiting on approvals.

Pay per use

Every Trueclaim module is available on demand. Use the estimate review on the estimates where it matters, with no bundle to buy.

Not only for body shops

The same review helps anyone who has to trust an estimate: insurers checking completeness and compliance, and recyclers and fleet operators who need a consistent view of what a repair requires.

Questions

Is this a replacement for my estimating system(s)?

No. You keep writing estimates in your system. Trueclaim reviews them.

Does it add lines automatically?

It suggests operations and shows why. The estimator decides.

How long does a review take?

One to two minutes from upload to result.

Does it work in French?

Yes. Trueclaim is built in Montréal and works in English and French.
