ADAS calibration reports in one minute, from the estimate
Replace a bumper cover and the radar behind it may need a calibration. Repair a quarter panel and a blind-spot sensor may be involved. Every repair on a modern vehicle raises the same questions: which systems are affected, what has to be calibrated or scanned, and what does the manufacturer say. Trueclaim answers them in about a minute, with the source for each answer.
What the report contains
- Affected ADAS systems. The radars, cameras and sensors on this vehicle that the damaged or replaced parts touch.
- Required calibrations. Static or dynamic, named per system.
- Required scans. Pre- and post-repair scans.
- OEM body repair procedures. The manufacturer's procedure for the operation itself: a bumper or quarter panel repair or replacement, for example.
- Sources. The OEM procedure or position statement each requirement comes from, so the line can be defended.
Built from what you already have
The report draws on the information already in the file:
- The estimate lines: which parts are replaced and which panels are repaired.
- The VIN build data: the equipment actually on this vehicle, not just the model.
- The photos: damage identified before an estimate exists.
- Pre-scan results, when available.
No separate lookup. The report is produced automatically with every estimate, or on demand per vehicle, according to your preference.
One report, four uses
Each use is configurable, so the report fits the way your shop works:
1. Lines on the estimate. Calibration and scan operations added, with the justification attached.
2. Documentation for the insurer. A report that supports the calibration charges at review.
3. A work order. Instructions for the technician or the calibration partner.
4. An explanation for the customer. What the vehicle needs and why, in plain terms.
Why it matters more every year
ADAS work now represents about 10% of an average repair bill of nearly $6,000, and that share keeps rising as vehicles gain sensors and cameras. Missing a calibration means either an unsafe repair or a supplement after the fact. Finding it at the estimate means it is planned, documented and paid.
Measured in production
- Hundreds of thousands of reports produced.
- About one minute per report.
- Every requirement traced to its OEM source.
"Trueclaim has completely transformed our estimating process. The AI-powered automation saves us hours of manual work and ensures accuracy with ADAS detection and insurer compliance."

Questions
Does Trueclaim perform the calibration?
No. It identifies what the repair requires and documents it. The calibration is done by your shop or your calibration partner.
Does it replace my ADAS lookup tools?
It automates the lookup: the systems, calibrations, scans and procedures come to you with the estimate, with their sources.
What if the vehicle has no ADAS requirement?
The report says so, which is useful documentation in itself.
Does it work in French?
Yes. Trueclaim is built in Montréal and works in English and French.
