1. What is Trueclaim ADAS?
Trueclaim ADAS is an advanced AI-powered solution designed to help body shops seamlessly detect and estimate damages related to advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Our platform automates much of the estimation process, saving time and reducing errors.
2. How does the ADAS PDF generation process work?
Once you upload or create your estimate, Trueclaim ADAS will automatically detect any ADAS features in the vehicle. Within minutes, the system generates a detailed ADAS PDF report that you can download or share with your clients.
3. What estimatics platforms does Trueclaim ADAS work with?
Our system recognizes estimates from the major estimatics platforms, including CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex. This ensures that your estimates are accurately processed and ADAS features are detected seamlessly.
4. What happens if the PDF can’t be generated due to a technical issue?
If, for any technical reason, your ADAS PDF cannot be generated due to an error in our system, you will not be charged for that PDF. Please contact us immediately to report the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. How much does it cost after the free trial?
After your 3 free ADAS PDFs, each additional PDF will be charged at $16. Alternatively, you can upgrade to our Plus Membership to unlock more PDFs at a flat monthly rate.
6. What is the Plus Membership?
The Plus Membership includes 50 ADAS PDFs per month at a flat monthly rate. If you generate more than 50 PDFs, you will be charged $11 for each extra PDF. Plus members also receive priority support and early access to new features.
7. Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can generate?
There is no limit to how many ADAS PDFs you can generate. However, after your 3 free PDFs, each additional PDF will be charged unless you are on the Plus Membership, which includes 50 PDFs per month. You will be billed at a preferred rate for every extra PDF generated, and you can create unlimited PDFs.
8. How accurate is the ADAS detection?
Our AI-powered ADAS detection technology is designed to be highly accurate, improving over time as it learns from more data. However, it’s always a good idea to review the results before submitting final estimates, and let us know if we can improve the system in any way. Your feedback helps us continuously enhance our platform.
9. Can I use Trueclaim ADAS for multiple users in my organization?
Yes, Trueclaim ADAS can be used by multiple users within the same organization or location. You’ll have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can track performance, manage estimates, and generate reports for your team.
10. What support is available if I need help?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST. You can contact us by email at karine@trueclaim.ai. We aim to reply to all inquiries within 2 hours. If you'd prefer a call, leave your phone number, and we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.
11. Can I report an issue with an estimate or PDF?
Yes! If you experience any issues with your estimate or PDF generation, please use the “Report an Issue” feature in the platform or contact our support team via email at karine@trueclaim.ai. We’re here to ensure everything works smoothly for you.
12. How do I cancel my membership plan?
If you need to cancel your membership plan, you can use the "Cancel Membership" button in your user interface for an immediate cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact us at karine@trueclaim.ai, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure there are no further charges. You can also include your phone number if you’d prefer a call to finalize the cancellation.
